This Data Protection Policy applicable to the Website and social media (the “Policy”) describes how your information is processed in connection with the website accessible at the URLs https://www.mhdecors.com or https://www.mhdecors.ch (the “Website”) and with its pages available on the following social networks: LinkedIn, Instagram, managed by MH Décors SA (“MH Décors”), whose registered office is located at En Budron E 1, 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne.
MH Décors kindly asks you to read this Policy carefully before using the Website and its dedicated social media pages. This Policy explains how information relating to an identified or identifiable person (“Personal Data”) is collected, used and protected.
By browsing the Website or the social media pages, you acknowledge and accept the processing of your Personal Data as described in this Policy. If you do not wish your Personal Data to be processed in accordance with the terms of this Policy, MH Décors kindly asks you not to use the Website or its dedicated social media pages.

MH Décors SA, with registered office at En Budron E 1, 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, acts as the data controller in relation to the processing of Personal Data collected through its Website and its dedicated social media pages.

- 3.1 The Website of MH Décors and its social media pages contain the following information and services:
- (i) information relating to MH Décors and its activities, in particular through the newsletter;

- (iv) different ways of contacting MH Décors (namely through the contact form or by email at admin@mhdecors.ch).
- 3.2 This Policy does not apply to services offered offline.

- 4.2 The Personal Data collected by MH Décors through its Website are those that you provide to MH Décors (see below B.).

As of today, such contractors are the following:

- (ii) Website hosting provider: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland;
- 5.2 MH Décors takes all necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data are processed securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. All its contractors undertake to protect Personal Data by means of procedures similar to those of MH Décors, unless otherwise provided in this Policy.
- 5.3 The purpose of sharing your Personal Data with the aforementioned third parties is to ensure MH Décors’ activity as well as to maintain and continuously seek to improve its Website and the services offered to its users. Thus, the legal ground for this processing is that of its overriding private interests.
6. Disclosure of your Personal Data to authorities
- 6.1 MH Décors may be required to disclose your Personal Data (including your communications) if it considers this necessary for security reasons, to investigate a potential offence or any other breach of this Policy and/or to prevent harm that could be caused to other users of its Website or its social media pages. - 8.1 If, due to certain services provided by third parties, MH Décors is required to transfer your Personal Data to one of their databases outside the European Economic Area and/or Switzerland, potentially to a country that does not provide a level of protection of Personal Data comparable to that prevailing in Switzerland or in the European Economic Area, unless otherwise provided in this Policy, MH Décors undertakes to enter into an agreement with the third-party service provider to ensure an adequate level of protection of your Personal Data.
9. Protection of your Personal Data and notification of a Personal Data breach
- 9.1 MH Décors undertakes to implement all commercially reasonable means to prevent any exposure or disclosure of your Personal Data. MH Décors undertakes to give you access, without delay and within the limits of a reasonable request, to its records relating to the breach of your Personal Data, provided however that this does not give you access to records belonging to other users or which could compromise their security.
- 9.3 In the event of a confirmed or suspected Personal Data breach, MH Décors also undertakes to notify the case to the competent authority under applicable law.
10. Rights of Data Subjects

- 10.2 When MH Décors processes Personal Data, it makes every effort to ensure that the Personal Data are kept complete and up-to-date, and that they are processed for the purpose for which they were collected.

- (i) Right of access, update and erasure of your Personal Data: As far as possible, you may access, update or request the erasure of your Personal Data.
